We all know that sitting is not an ideal position for a prolonged time, right?
But when we are executive athletes for a living, you know, those of you that have to sit at a desk for 8+ hours a day, we don’t always have a choice.
So what do we do? Do we ask our boss to get us a standing desk? A new chair? Do we bring in our own desk or chair?
Those are not always options.
The best thing to do in this case is to MOVE! Get up out of your chair every 45-60 minutes and move. It can be to walk to the bathroom, walk to your co-workers desk instead of sending them an email, or it can be to do a quick 5 minute mobility break right at your desk!
You can hit all your joints in that time and by the end of the day you won’t feel so exhausted!
